Introduction

Participants enrolled for this NORTH INDIA ADVENTURE CAMP, will experience a Home Away From home, an entirely new world to live for 3 weeks fearlessly under the guidance of experts getting to learn all that is required for venturing into these places ever in life. We have been conducting summer camps since 1999, and as usual our Experienced, Young and dynamic Team will work for this summer camp.

COST EXCLUDES : Flight Charges are separated - Organization will Provide 1 staff Teacher with Traveling, Food and Accommodation as Complementary for 15 students.( only for school Groups)

CHECK-IN TIME : 12 PM & Check-out Time 11 AM Welcome drink on arrival (MILK,Juice, etc…).

PERSONAL EXPENSES : laundry, shopping, tip. Monument entrance fee / Camera fees etc.

SEPARATE CHARGES : Rotang pass Rental Dress/ glosses / Shoe/Socks Monkey Cap Etc. Approximate 300/--500/- Daily routine kick-start with a wake-up whistle early in the morning at 5:00 am and concludes at 8:30 pm and irrespectively every activity is mandatory to all participants.

MEAL PLAN : Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Pure Vegetarian Meal only.

Rules & Regulations

Parents / Participants must make sure the applications are filled up completely and the payments are made in advance well in time.

The application forms duly filled in must be submitted along with 3 pass post size photographs

The belongings need to be listed in the Annexure provided in the Application forms All the participant’s belongings will be identified with permanent markings of their Unique Identification Number provided after admission into the summer camp.

Jewellery (Gold,Silver (or) immitation) is strictly not allowed.

Participants may deposit their pocket money in their Kids bank and obtain receipts for the same.

The same may be verified and taken back on the last day of the CAMP Interested students can carry cameras and mobile phones at their own responsibility and Risk.

Participants should strictly follow the instructions of the management staff and trainers.

No refund will be given after registering the admission. Cancellation of admission is entirely at the discretion of Parents / Guardian.

Fee is non-refundable In case of cancellation. TOTAL FEE Cost will not be affected if there is any variation in total number of Participants.

Parents Guidelines

WELCOME:

Welcome to the Adventure camp! We have designed this program to include a variety of activities in a safe supervised environment. Most activities will be held at Shimla & Manali with the exception field trips throughout the duration of adventure camp. Our dedicated and well trained Adventure Camp staff members encourage and promote physical activities that will help boost self-image and self-confidence. We provide an adventurous environment for youth to socialize and create new friendships. This informational guide will provide general adventure camp information.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION MEDICAL FORM :

It is imperative that you turn in our “participant medical contact form”. This form, along with all other pertinent information can be found in our website summercampindia.net. This form needs to be completed and returned to the Administrative staff by 24th May or, at the latest first day of the camp. This information is held in the strictest confidence. Please note: if we do not have this information on file, your child will NOT be able to attend Adventure camp. Please remember to attach the latest photograph.

ADVENTURE CAMP DAYS OF OPERATION:

Adventure camp is scheduled from 17th May to 25th MAY and the parents can avail the admission on or before 15th May. Details can be found on summercampindia.net. Please make every effort to drop off and pick up your child on time. Children will be transported from Delhi to Manali at 5:00 PM on 17th May. If you will be late in Delhi, Please refer to our late pick up Policy. If for any reason you have to pick up your child early from camp, please coordinate with the Camp Director / Assistant Director.

LATE PICK UP POLICY:

It is imperative that your child is received on time, as our staff needs this time to prepare for the next day. There will be a 15 minute Grace Period for receiving the Participant. More than 15 minutes Grace period you will be expected to pay Rs. 500 for 30 minute waiting period. Once the 30 minute waiting period is elapsed there will be an additional Rs. 1000 charge for every 30 minutes. This fee must be paid in Delhi by cash before commencement of journey.

AUTHORIZATION PICKUP:

Please indicate on the Participant Information Medical Form who is authorized to pick up your child from Adventure Camp. If someone else is coming to pick up your child, and is not listed as an authorized adult, parents must submit in writing on who will be picking up the child. Participants will not be permitted to leave the camp unless we have written permission from the parent.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

The adventure camp tour is operated from Friday, 17t May – 25th May, for 9 days. All campers must be registered and paid in full by 30TH APRIL. If your child is not on the roster, or attendance sheet, please show proof of receipt to the Camp Director / Assistant Director. If we do not have proof of payment, you may be sent to our administrative offices for further follow up.

PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT:

Participants are expected to behave appropriately while participating in any adventurous activity. Please review the camp policies with your child. Rules / Guidelines have been developed to make this ALL INDIA ADVENTURE CAMP safe and enjoyable for all. A participant who displays negative behavior can affect the rest of the Camp’s experience. Participants who are disruptive, unruly and display inappropriate behavior OR require an excessive amount of disciplinary attention will meet the camp Director to evaluate their behavior. Management reserves the right to dismiss a Participant or facility user whose behavior endangers their own safety or safety of others. Parents will be notified of any misconduct or discipline problems. It will be the parent’s responsibility to arrange for the transportation for the child if he/ she is being sent home due to disciplinary actions.

ADVENTUER CAMP POLICIES AND RULES:

BE SAFE. Follow camp rules at all times Do not display any aggressive behavior, including hitting, punching, slapping, kicking, and biting Hazing and bullying is strictly prohibited. Protect your feet by always wearing shoes; Cross training shoes are required at camp. RESPECT other campers, staff members, their belongings, our facilities, and the natural environment. Refrain from disparaging remarks, including comments against an individual's race, ethnic background, religion, physical appearance, or disabling condition. Remain with your group and a Management staff member at all times, unless directed to do otherwise. Refrain from threatening or causing bodily harm to yourself, other participants, or staff. Talk in a pleasant manner. use no foul language or put-downs. Topics of conversation are to be appropriate for a public setting.

Activities by Day

DAY-1 DELHI – MANALI

Our Adventure Team Associates Will Welcome And Receive You At Delhi AirPort And Help You To Check-In To A Pre Booked Hotel In Aero City Palace, Delhi. (Within 5km Distance From Airport) Introduction And Meeting For 20 Min Followed By Breakfast / Lunch Around 4PM. Started Journey From Delhi to Manali (Overnight Journey), Reach Early Morning At Manali.

DAY 2 – MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY

Zorbing Joy Ride, Long Zip Liner, Enjoy ATV Bike Ride, Bungy Jump Thrill, Paragliding Short Ride, Evening Back To Manali After Breakfast Campers Start Off For A Hike To Solang Valley For Acclimatization. After Breakfast Campers Start Off For A Hike To Solang Valley For Acclimatization. Dinner And Overnight Halt At Adventure Camp/Hotel/Cottage.

DAY 3 – JUGINI WATERFALLS /HOT SPRINGS/ HOT AIR BALLOON

Jugini Water Fall, Hot Spring Bath, Hot Air /Balloon Helicopter Joy Ride ( Separate Charge According To Climate Condition), Mall Road Visit (Night), Mall Road Visit (Night) After Breakfast Campers Go By Trekking And Enjoy Jugini Water Falls Which Will Be A Real Experience In Trekking. Return To Vasisth Hot Spring Bath And Local Shopping. Dinner And Overnight At The Adventure Camp/Hotel /Cottage.

DAY 4 – MANALI – ROHTANG PASS

Atal Tunnel, Atal Tunnel, Snow Point, Skiing, Snow Games Etc After A Very Early Breakfast Campers Depart To Rohtang Pass And Snow Point. At Snow Point, Campers Will Have A Crash Course On Skiing. Packed Lunch Will Be Served At A Comfortable Location. Full Instructions In The First Half And The Rest Of The Time Enjoy Activities. Evening Back To Manali. Dinner And Overnight Stay At The Adventure Camp/Hotel/ Cottage.

DAY 5 – MANALI – RAFTING – NAGGAR

Water Rafting, Beas River Dam Visit, Kullu Market Visit, Manikaran Visit According To Climate Condition (Optional). After Breakfast Campers Depart To Rafting Camp At Rafting Camp Introduction S Given About River Etiquette And Safety Gear’s Involved. Full 7-10 Km White Water Rafting Trip. Lunch At The End Point (At Kullu). Local Site Seeing At Kullu, Beas Dam Etc. (Manali To Delhi (Overnight Journey).

DAY 6 – HELICOPTER JOY RIDE / HOT SPRINGS / HOT AIR BALLOON

DAY 7 – MANALI LOCAL SITE SEEING
